When I found out DOOM was gonna be the next curator for the Frank Book, I was excited. When I found out staHHr was Angelika on “Guinnesses,” I took action.

Elevate: Art Above Underground | Frank151 Atlanta Backwoods
Went to the Underground for the first time in “I don’t know how long” to check out the City of Atlanta’s collaboration with some of Atlanta’s urban art collectives. Saw some really cool stuff, saw some really weird stuff, and learned that this city just might care about its street art!

Been working on this little West Side Story Feature….
This week, I’ve been digging around and doing hella research on the Jets and the Sharks (of West Side Story, not the vehicle and animal)…. I had to come up with 3-5 places the Jets guys would hang out and 3-5 places the Sharks girls would hang out because things would be more interesting if broken down that way… I put a lot of analyzing into such a small feature by watching endless clips and interviews, and my creative juices have been flowing like crazy on how this article will look!
But also, with all the Puerto Rican dishes I’ve discovered and the traditional American spots I’ve found in Atlanta, my hopes for a festive birthday weekend are super high… with the budget being super low.
